My favorite floor plan? Definitely the 3,602 – beautiful!  With a few personal frame changes, this layout would be OUTSTANDING.  If I ever build a new home, it will be this floor plan.

My favorite plan is the Tradition 3,000. We fell in love with this plan and we knew we had to have it! The first and most important thing to me was the ability to make the LR/DR one big room so we can have a huge table for holidays. We also love it for how well the space is utilized -- lots of room for many kids and puppies!

My favorite floor plan has changed over the 10 years that I have worked here.  I started with the 2,832.  I built a modified version of the 3,963, and I am currently looking at the 4,512 to build.  Our new plans are so nice, it’s hard to decide.

Favorite floorplan? Café 2,186.  Love the back-entry garage.  This collection feels like the designs could have been plucked from any historical small town – Connecticut, Indiana or Georgia.  This home has plenty of space for big dogs, kids, or whatever makes up your family – mine all have four paws.

I love the 4,512 floor plan! It has two staircases and the front stairs has a cool landing in the middle. The game room is absolutely huge, which is great with 4 teenagers who have friends over all the time. The kitchen, hearth room and family room set up is wonderful for entertaining.

My favorite plan is the 3,419, actually the whole series of Courtyard plans. They’re a breakthrough in design as affordable, side-entry garage homes.  With these plans we can provide unique home designs, affordable prices and a lifestyle up until now not available anywhere but a custom home neighborhood.

My favorite floorplan is the Accent 3,200. This is our first side-loading garage plan and it looks great. The entire rear of the house is wide open, so when you are in the family room you can see what is happening in the kitchen and vice versa. This plan is great for entertaining.

My favorite plan is the 2,825 with the third floor bonus room and Smart Space kitchen. It has all the room we need for my wife, me, my 12-year-old, and our new addition coming in April. The bonus room is a great man cave for sporting events, and my wife loves to cook in our open and spacious kitchen.
